How a missed-call text back works
A customer may call while you are driving, on a job, or helping someone else. A missed-call text back sends that caller a short message with a way to book or reply.
What happens after a missed call?
- Your connected phone provider reports an unanswered call to the app.
- The app sends your custom SMS message to the caller.
- You can include your booking link so the caller can choose a time.
- The dashboard shows the missed call and whether a text back was sent.
Who can use it?
Plumbers, HVAC teams, electricians, and other local service businesses can use the same workflow. A single-number business can start with Basic. Teams managing several numbers or locations can compare Pro and Elite.
What should I check before buying?
Confirm that your phone provider can send a missed-call webhook or use the supported connection in the setup guide. Have your business number, preferred reply, and booking link ready. SMS or phone provider usage charges are separate from the one-time app price.
