Who we are

Missed Call Concierge is operated by Pipeline AI Partners, based in Israel. This policy explains what information we hold and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, business name and email address when you create an account.
• The phone numbers you connect and your booking link.
• Call and text logs: the caller's phone number, the time of the missed call, and whether an automatic reply was sent.
• The wording of the automatic reply messages you set up.
• Basic payment confirmation details from our payment processor (never card numbers).
• A random browser identifier, page visit date, and campaign labels when you visit our sales pages. We use them to count visitors and understand which promotions lead to purchases.

How we use it

We use this information to run the service: to detect missed calls, to send the automatic text-back reply on your behalf, to show your dashboard and analytics, to apply the right plan to your account, and to provide support. If you connect Jobber, we use your connection to look up matching customer records by phone number.

We don't sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your information or your callers' information to third parties. We share data only with the providers needed to run the service — such as our hosting, database and messaging providers — and only so they can perform that work for us.

Keeping it safe

Your data is stored on secured infrastructure and separated by account, so only you can see your own settings, call logs and connected accounts. Messaging keys and connection tokens are stored privately and are never shown to other customers.

How long we keep it

We keep your account details and call logs for as long as your account is active. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your data, apart from anything we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices

You can view and edit your business details, messages and phone numbers at any time in your settings, and you can ask for a copy of your data or its deletion by emailing us.
